An interactive campaign was created; where-in every respondent to an advertisement is rewarded with a special discount. The prospective customers are requested to send their height & weight via SMS, by which their resulting BMI is calculated and sent back. The prospect is entitled for percentage of discount on weight loss, slimming packages equal to the resulted BMI.The advertisements carrying the campaign details are publicized through print media, radio channels and SMS broadcast as well. SMS technology is used as the interactive/responsive medium for the campaign. VectraMind real time reporting provided them with a unique way to measure consumer responsiveness to the campaign.

A receipt that is generated after every transaction has a transaction code printed over it. The customer is advised to send the Transaction code to a short code number to participate in the LUCKY DRAW. Logic to select winners at random is built into the system. The lucky winners are notified via SMS.

A Dubai based radio station wanted to interact with its audience with an opinion poll, Q&A session, comments etc at selective radio program. At every new bulletin the listeners are educated to send their responses about a nominated topic via text message to a short code number. A complete solution was built to facilitate the same, and the Radio station staff was given access to live statistics of their response at real time via a special web page. The specialized web page is also built with logic to select winners at random.
A complete solution to deliver multimedia content to the mobile handsets was built for the TV channel. The viewer can simply send an SMS to the channels short code number and receive his desired video content on his Mobile. The reply message automatically connects the mobile handset to the internet via GPRS and downloads the content from the WAP site.
A leading Saudi based TV channel was given a solution to add SMS chat to their content. The goal was to provide consumers with an entertaining experience that encouraged deeper engagement with the channel. Viewers send text messages to the channels Short Code number, and almost instantly the messages appear on the TV screen. It was a great way to get the viewer involved. The filters to keep the inappropriate content off the system, was built in by the TV channel.
