The viewer can simply send an SMS to the channels short code number and receive his desired video content on his Mobile. The reply message automatically connects the mobile handset to the internet via GPRS and downloads the content from the WAP site.

Bab el Mawada TVA leading Saudi based TV channel was given a solution to add SMS chat to their content. The goal was to provide consumers with an entertaining experience that encouraged deeper engagement with the channel. Viewers send text messages to the channels Short Code number, and almost instantly the messages appear on the TV screen. It was a great way to get the viewer involved. The filters to keep the inappropriate content off the system, was built in by the TV channel.
